Interior renovation and workplace transformation of a multi-floor corporate office designed to support collaboration, hospitality, and employee engagement. The project includes a second-floor auditorium with stage, upgraded lighting and AV systems, sound control room, and buffet service area for events, along with amenity spaces such as a community game room and micro market with adjoining dining. The arrival experience was enhanced with a redesigned reception, lobby, and stairwell featuring a custom feature wall, glass and finish upgrades, and a distinctive flame-shaped ceiling light visible from the exterior. Destination rooms with unique layouts, flexible modular workstations with operable glass partitions, a hospitality-focused executive floor, and a dedicated conference floor with catering kitchen and meeting spaces support a dynamic workplace environment.
