Confidential Global Technology Company

A 6,500 SF retrofit of existing finished space to accommodate the technology company’s growing and changing Finance Department Neighborhood.  The project consisted of selective demolition, reconfigured meeting and phone room spaces and an expansion of the Neighborhood into a previously unoccupied shell space. The spaces have high-end finishes throughout, including decorative Tectum panels in the open office and circulation spaces, fabric wallcovering and decorative wallcovering elevations in the meeting spaces and reconfigured demountable partition fronts to provide cohesion with the existing finishes.
