Interior renovation of second generation tenant space on the 14th floor at 300 Galleria, including demolition and construction of  classrooms, conference rooms, open collaboration spaces, private offices, break room, and workstations. Leapley delivered new partitions, power and communication systems, light fixtures, ceilings, and floor/wall finishes.

With occupied spaces above and below the site, Leapley Construction coordinated noisy work with the building to deliver it outside of business hours. The team also removed exterior rooftop signage and an existing satellite dish as part of the scope.
