Enviroscent Office and Laboratory

Enviroscent’s teams create chemical-free fragrances in a combined corporate office and laboratory environment. Leapley Construction delivered the first-generation build-out to bring the modern, organic design elements to life alongside the technically complex laboratory spaces.

The beautiful headquarters features open and closed offices, huddle rooms, conference facilities, amenity break area, a multi-purpose space, client experience center, and product testing rooms. To support Enviroscent’s ongoing research and development, Leapley built a full laboratory environment with complex HVAC specifications, including two fume hoods and advanced ventilation. Leapley also built custom, rustic wood shelving with LED lighting and all power, communication and life safety systems.
