Proscenium Repositioning
Leapley Construction completed a comprehensive 29,380 SF repositioning of the Proscenium Building in Midtown Atlanta, transforming the building’s entrances, main lobby, and second-floor amenities to create a modern, welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
The renovation encompassed the Crescent Street entrance, café, main lobby, 14th Street patio, and Peachtree Street entrance, along with upgrades to the second-floor fitness center, conference rooms, and pre-function space. New glass entryways enhance the building’s street presence, introduce more natural light, and create a contemporary aesthetic throughout.
With tenants occupying the building throughout construction, Leapley implemented carefully phased logistics to maintain building access and minimize disruptions to daily operations. The project also required the temporary relocation of a 25-year-old Japanese maple tree to accommodate exterior improvements.
