When a global payments company elected to open a new regional office in the Atlanta market, they partnered with Leapley Construction to deliver the four-floor office build and maximize diverse supplier inclusion. In two phases, Leapley Construction built out the top four floors of a prominent midtown office building while coordinating efforts with concurrent building repositioning efforts by other contractors.  Starting from the top of the building and working down, Leapley demolished and built out floors 11 and 12 to create a grand reception area, employee café, typical workplace elements and a new staircase connecting both floors. Upon completion of this work in phase one, the client’s employees moved into the new space, and Leapley coordinated construction efforts around their meeting schedules and those of adjacent tenants to build out floors 9 and 10 in phase two. Leapley built out the complementary workplace space with typical office elements and another interconnecting staircase without disruption to operations on site.
